The flashmob won't be successful when you allow anyone to designate a place for a flashmob but if you limit the people allowed to create the mob it will work. A person registered with the app will be chosen at random. When this happens, they will be sent a notification and they have a certain time limit to choose a place to have a flashmob happen. Once the person chooses a place, the details will be sent to everyone registered on the app. If the person does not choose a place within the time limit, a new person is chosen.
