The need: I want something but do not want to wait in line for it.
The solution: A web/mobile app that allows you to post what you want, where to wait, and your compensation. The "waiter" can choose your terms or negotiate with you.
Example: I want the new Apple iDevice on launch day. I post this and someone agrees to wait in line for me. We agree on a price of $50/iDevice/sex. Everyone wins!

While I would like this idea and see some use for it, I think it's a very small niche. If you could piggyback an existing platform (i.e. facebook, craigslist) you wouldn't have to dedicate as many/much resources to the project as if you would from building something from the ground up.
