It's a two-fer today.. I was recently reminiscing about college dorm life at Penn State and I remember two complaints: 1. the standard dorm bed was too short and 2. the wall was too cold. Here's two inventions that take care of these complaints.
Bed X-Tender (dumb name)
Gives you a few more inches of real-estate that people like me, 6 foot 1 inch, needed to keep our feet on the bed and under the covers. The extra bit would require a way to keep it attached to bed itself, pictured here, a ratcheting type belt. It would also require an adjustable stand that could meet the height of the exiting bed.
Bed Insulatorer (equally dumb name)
Provides adequate insulation from the concrete wall to the outside. This could be decorated painted to match the wall itself. Different sizes could be manufactured depending on the application.
