Plugging Things in From Behind

016/365

I was trying to plug in an HDMI cable just now on my wall-mounted flatscreen. Anyone who has tried to plug things in without being able to see the socket knows how inanely frustrating this is. I propose to fix this problem using a small camera with an adhesive pad that you can stick on the plug of a cable. The camera will have a light and will have as USB interface, allowing it to be plugged into any laptop. With more and more people buying flat TVs and wall-mounting them these days, this little camera should sell like hotcakes!

It doesn't seem like practical use for the expense. I'd rather have a small camera on the end of a stick or one of those grabbers old people always have but never use. A small re-mountable and adjustable camera could be placed anywhere and have any use the user has in mind i.e. nanny cam, cable plugger iners, back scratcher, ect. Put it anywhere and see anything. It should probably be wireless also.

That's basically what this is, a small camera you can place anywhere. It could be wireless, but wired to save money; though nowadays being wireless probably is the money saver.
