Today I had to go into the small attic like space in the eave of my house and check on the airconditioning unit. Like many attic spaces my there is a single mounted base that holds one light bulb. This seems like enough light until you try to look into any corners. I never seem to remember to bring the flashlight with me or when I go to grab it the batteries are dead.
This is my solution. A light bulb/flashlight combo. When you turn it on it lights up like a light bulb, but you can detach it from the socket and use it like a flash light to see into the closet while your working on the water heater or looking for the box of comics you been saving since you were eleven. I just submitted this to Genius Crowds, but I have little hope.
