Lip Syncing System

049/365

Even with all these American Idols and Glees and So You Think You Can Sings there are still entertainers that lack the skill to sing in front of a live audience. Lip syncing is a culturally accepted yet generally hated practice. A duality exists because the audience feels the experience is cheapened when it's noticed but they do not wish to hear a substandard version of their favorite songs. Most fans don't want to know that their dearest artist can not actually sing. Look at Ashley Simpson on SNL, Justin Bieber on the MTV Music Awards or any Miley Cyrus concert. I submit a system that permits anyone to sing as poor as possible but sound like a star.

A prercorded version of a song is recoded by the artist. The prerecorded version is played only when the system detects user input in the form of singing. Word for word. So, essentially, anyone could sing into the microphone and sound like the artist.
